you own a website, you must comply with the various measures outlined in the law.<\/p>\n<p>To help you comply with these measures, we\u2019ve prepared a simplified list of what you must put into place Establish practices concerning the governance of personal data.<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><div class=\"content-container\" style=\"color:#747474;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In other words: do an inventory of the personal data held by your company, keep the inventory of personal data up to date, determine the roles and responsibilities of the personnel involved in the protection of the personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-column content-box-column content-box-column content-box-column-3 col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-sm-12 fusion-content-box-hover content-box-column-last-in-row\"><div class=\"col content-box-wrapper content-wrapper link-area-link-icon icon-hover-animation-fade\" style=\"background-color:rgba(255,255,255,0);\" data-animationOffset=\"100%\"><div class=\"heading icon-left\"><h2 class=\"content-box-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:23px;\">3.
