Rules – allsales.ca Valentine’s Day Contest

The Contest is organized by allsales.ca / Victoria 4B inc. (the “Sponsor”) and takes place in Québec. The contest begins on February 3, 2026 and ends on February 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

1 – CONTEST ORGANIZERS

For the purposes of this contest, the “Group” consists of the Sponsor, suppliers of materials and services related to this contest, allsales.ca / Victoria 4B inc., or any other company, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity directly involved in the operation of the contest, as well as their respective employees, agents and representatives (the “Group Members”).

2 – ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to any person eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the contest. Excluded are Group Members as well as employees of any company, organization or corporation involved in this contest, their representatives or agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common-law spouse, and any persons with whom they reside.

3 – HOW TO ENTER

3.1 To enter, simply complete the contest entry form.

3.2 By participating in this promotion and contest, each participant and/or purported participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless, forever, the Partners and their directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents or other representatives (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, lawsuit, debt, duty, agreement, warranty, indemnity, contract or liability of any kind arising from or related to participation in the contest or attempted participation, compliance or non-compliance with these contest rules, or acceptance and use of the prize.

3.3 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Although Internet access and an email account are required to enter, no purchase is necessary. Many public libraries, retail establishments and other locations offer free computer access, and some Internet service providers or other companies offer free email accounts.

3.4 ENTRY LIMIT
Limit of one (1) entry per participant per valid email address for each draw, regardless of the method of entry.

3.5 If a participant’s identity is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of entry will be deemed the participant. The authorized account holder is the person to whom the email address was assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. In these rules, the term “entry” refers collectively to the original entry and any referral entries.

3.6 Only electronic entries received no later than 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the day of each draw will be eligible.

3.7 ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

4 – PRIZE

One (1) $50 gift card to Chocolats Favoris.

4.1 The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

4.2 Any additional costs incurred by the winner, including but not limited to transportation, gratuities and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5 – WINNER

The winner will receive the prize described above.

5.1 A representative of the contest organizer will contact the winner by email on the draw date to explain prize delivery details. If the winner cannot be reached on the draw date, the Sponsor will be released from any obligation toward that person and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to randomly select another potential winner. Proof of legal age will be required before prize delivery.

5.2 The winner’s name will be published on the following platforms:

6 – PRIZE AWARDING

6.1 The prize must be accepted as described and may not be transferred, substituted or exchanged. If the contest organizer is unable to award the prize as described for reasons beyond the winner’s control, it reserves the right to award a prize of equal value.

6.2 Refusal by a selected winner to accept the prize releases the contest organizer from any obligation related to that prize.

6.3 To receive the prize, the selected participant must:
a) respond by email within the specified timeframe;
b) accept the prize as awarded.

6.4 DISQUALIFICATION
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in disqualification, and the Sponsor may select another potential winner at its sole discretion.

7 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1 The winner releases the contest organizer and partners from any liability related to acceptance of the prize or the conduct of the contest.

7.2 By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes without compensation.

7.3 Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

7.4 The contest organizer reserves the right to reject entries deemed fraudulent or suspicious.

7.5 Any attempt to participate contrary to these rules may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

7.6 All entries become the property of the contest organizer and will not be returned.

7.7 The participant is the individual whose contact information appears on the entry email.

7.8–7.12 The contest organizer and partners are not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, Internet issues, or damages arising from participation. Any attempt to deliberately damage the contest or website may result in legal action.

7.13 All decisions by the contest organizer are final, subject to the authority of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

7.14 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

7.15 Québec residents may submit disputes regarding contest administration to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.
